Beacon Editions — Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be happy with your Beacon Editions purchase.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it;
- be unworn and unused;
- have any original tags attached;
- be in its original packaging; and
- be accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as we will need to provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- personalised or customised products;
- products made specifically to your individual specifications;
- sale items; or
- gift cards.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@beaconeditions.co.uk as soon as possible, providing your order number and details of the problem.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item so that we can investigate the issue.
If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, we will work with you to provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, the simplest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Your statutory cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
This statutory cancellation right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return period.
If you exercise your statutory cancellation right, please contact us at info@beaconeditions.co.uk within the applicable cancellation period.
You may use the cancellation wording included in our Terms of Service, but you do not have to use a specific form provided that you clearly communicate your decision to cancel.
Where you validly cancel under your statutory cancellation rights, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after your return has been approved.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.
Return postage
For returns where you have simply changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be returned under our voluntary 30-day returns policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer law.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
European Union customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional statutory consumer rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period for certain online purchases.
These rights apply subject to the relevant legal exceptions and do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
